INSTRUCTIONS OF GRASS MAINTENANCE:

Spring (March - May): During Spring time, the grass is fertilized with a specific fertilizer. The grass must be cut once a week and watered accordingly (2-3 times a week).

Summer (June - August): During Summer the grass is fertilized with a specific fertilizer. The grass is cut once a week and watered accordingly (3-4 times a week) and sprayed with special insecticide two times a month.

Fall (September - November): During Fall, the grass is fertilized with a specific fertilizer. The grass must be cut once a week and watered accordingly (2-3 times a week).

Winter (December - February): During winter, the grass is fertilized with a specific fertilizer. The grass must be cut once every 2 weeks and watered accordingly (once every 10 days).
